*Monday - February 22*

- *Volatility watch -* Stocks with a high level of volatility implied by
options trading and with earnings reports due out include Energous
(NASDAQ:WATT), Discovery (NASDAQ:DISCA), Apache (NASDAQ:APA) and Six
Flags (NYSE:SIX). Names with a high level of short interest include Gogo
(NASDAQ:GOGO), Rocket Companies (NYSE:RKT) and iSun (NASDAQ:ISUN).
- *All week -* The futures contracts for Brent Crude Oil, natural gas
and gasoline RBOB expire in what is likely to be an active week in the
energy markets. Bitcoin futures also roll to a new contract.
- *All week -* Conferences running during the week include the Baird
Sustainability Conference, the SVB Leerink Global Healthcare Conference,
the KBW Payments FinTech Conference, the Oddo Seydler Bank Small & Mid
Cap
Conference, the Credit Suisse Financial Services Forum and the Citigroup
Healthcare Services, Medtech, Tools, & HCIT Virtual Conference.
- *All day - * Lineage Cell Therapeutics (NYSEMKT:LCTX) hosts an OPC1
Investor and Analyst Day to provide details on recent OPC1 milestones and
plans for 2021.
- *All day - * A significant block of shares of JFrog (NASDAQ:FROG) will
clear their IPO lockup date and be freed up to be potentially sold. JFrog
is up more than 50% from where the IPO was priced.
- *8:00 a.m.* Viatris (NASDAQ:VTRS) will host a conference call to
discuss 2021 financial guidance.
- *11:00 a.m.* Spotify Technology (NYSE:SPOT) is hosting a virtual event
called Stream On that will cover the latest on the state of global audio
streaming and the company's commitment to empowering creators around the
world. Later in the day, top Spotify execs will be hosting an investor
discussion and Q&A related to the Stream On event.
- *4:30 p.m.* PAVmed Inc. (NASDAQ:PAVM) will host a business update
conference call to provide a business update including an overview of the
company's near-term milestones and growth strategy. In addition, CFO
Dennis
McGrath will discuss Q4 results.
- *5:00 p.m.* Bloom Energy Corporation (NYSE:BE) will host an investor
conference call for an in-depth discussion about the path to
profitability
for Bloom's Services business. Execs will discuss how improvements to
fuel
cell field life, power, and cost reductions are impacting the economics
of
existing and new service contracts

*Tuesday - February 23*

- *All day - * Hyundai Motor Company (OTCPK:HYMLF) will official unveil
its IONIQ 5 BEV model, which will feature the Electric-Global Modular
Platform. This BEV-dedicated platform is said to house a flat battery
that
enables a spacious and customizable interior, offering personalized
mobility. There has been some talk that Hyundai's E-GMP battery platform
could end up in the long-rumored Apple Car.
- *6:15 a.m.* Total (NYSE:TOT) CEO Patrick Pouyanne gives a talk titled
"Driving a profitable transition to a broad energy company" at the online
version of the annual IPWeek conference.
- *8:30 a.m.* Carlyle Group (NASDAQ:CG) holds its annual investor day
event Investor Day. CEO Kewsong Lee and the senior leadership team will
discuss the firm's strategic plan to accelerate growth. Carlyle was
upgraded by Credit Suisse to an Outperform rating on the firm's view the
update on growth targets will be viewed favorably by investors. Carlyle
trades at a steep discount to its peer group comprising Apollo, Ares, and
Blackstone.
- *9:00 a.m.* Littelfuse (NASDAQ:LFUS) hosts a virtual investor and
analyst event. The update will be watched closely by investors with LFUS
considered by some analysts a top auto tech/connected mobility pick, but
short-term component shortages seen as a potential headwind.
- *10:00 a.m.* Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell delivers his
semi-annual monetary policy report to Senate Banking Committee. Powell
will
deliver a report to the House Financial Services Committee on Wednesday.
- *10:00 a.m.* Safeguard Scientifics (NYSE:SFE) hosts a virtual
discussion with Prognos Health CEO Sundeep Bhan. Safeguard first provided
capital to Prognos in 2011 and has participated in multiple follow-on
funding rounds aggregating to $12.6M of funded capital and a 28%
ownership
interest. Shares of Safeguard Scientifics are up 23.7% YTD.
- *11:00 a.m.* Top execs with Extreme Networks (NASDAQ:EXTR) speak at
the Virtual Investor Day event.
- *11:00 a.m.* Extreme Networks (EXTR) holds its Virtual Investor Day
event. Members of the executive leadership team will give an update on
the
company's differentiated market position and opportunities, long-term
vision and strategy, and provide a multi-year business outlook.
- *11:00 a.m.* TransEnterix (NYSEMKT:TRXC) hosts a virtual Investor Day
event. The company says it will provide an update on the Senhance
technology, corporate strategy and market opportunity.
- *12:00 p.m.* Snap (NYSE:SNAP) is scheduled to host its first-ever
virtual investor day to walk investors through its product, business and
community opportunities for the future. Snap management is expected to
address user expansion out of the Western iOS Market, and progress with
the
advertiser base. Investors will be looking for updates on key metrics
like
ARPU and operating margin, as well as a reiteration of Snap's long-term
view that there is a positive runway for 50% revenue growth for many
years.
- *2:00 p.m.* A Cowen webinar on the cannabis market and interstate
commerce is set to delve into the various options that Congress is
considering to legalize cannabis. Whether the cannabis issue is deferred
to
states or cannabis is either removed from the list of controlled
substances
or pushed to a lower tier could have significant ramifications for sector
players like Tilray (NASDAQ:TLRY), Aphria (NASDAQ:APHA), Canopy Growth
(NYSE:CGC), Cronos Group (NASDAQ:CRON), Aurora Cannabis (NYSE:ACB) and
HEXO Corp. (NYSE:HEXO). Cowen is bringing in George Washington
University law professor Jonathan Turley to walk investors through some
of
the legal issues. The follow-up note on the sector from the Cowen analyst
team could jolt shares prices.

*Wednesday - February 24*

- *All day - * Companies due to report earnings with an elevated level
of implied volatility based on options trading include Allete (NYSE:ALE)
with a 16.0% implied move after its report is released and Baidu (NASDAQ:
BIDU) with a 8.6% implied move.
- *All day - * Healthcare investors will be watching a Center for
Disease Control and Prevention ACIP meeting being held to discuss a
variety
of non-COVID vaccines. Some of the companies to watch for relevant new
information include Agenus (NASDAQ:AGEN), Emergent Biosolutions (NYSE:EBS
), GlaxoSmithKline (NYSE:GSK), Ligand Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ:LGND) and
Pfizer (NYSE:PFE).
- *All day - * IPO lock-up periods expire on GreenPower Motor Company
(NASDAQ:GP) and Harbor Custom Development (NASDAQ:HCDI). Shares of
GreenPower are up more than 40% from where the IPO was priced and HCDI is
below its IPO pricing level.
- *All day - * McDonald's (NYSE:MCD) will formally release its new
Crispy Chicken Sandwich to the public. Ahead of the big menu development
from McDonald's, Citi opened a positive catalyst watch on the stock on
its
view the chicken sandwich launch could give McDonald's an edge. Citi
increased its U.S. comp sales estimates on MCD for the first half of 2021
to 12% from 6% to reflect the chicken upside.
- *Premarket - * Key Lowe's (NYSE:LOW) suppliers are on watch when the
home improvement retailer reports earnings. American Woodmark (NASDAQ:
AMWD) moves in tandem with Lowe's 75% of the time after earnings and
both Spectrum Brands (NYSE:SPB) and Central Garden & Pet (NASDAQ:CENT)
move with Lowe's 88% of the time on earnings days.
- *5:00 a.m.* BloombergNEF's oil team hosts a discussion with execs from
VARO Energy, JPMorgan, Vortex and Vitrol on how prolonged global oil
demand
disruption has created new arbitrage opportunities, hit U.S. break-evens
and hastened the end of the shale boom.
- *8:50 a.m. * Wells Fargo & Company (NYSE:WFC) will have one of the
more interesting presentations at the Credit Suisse Financial Services
Forum when Chief Financial Officer Mike Santomassimo gives a talk.
- *9:30 a.m.* MSCI Inc. (NYSE:MSCI) will hold a three-hour Investor Day
event. Heading into the event, UBS upgraded MSCI to a Buy rating on the
stock's value given its strong growth and long-term growth opportunities,
including in the areas of ESG and climate.
- *10:00 a.m.* Mattel (NASDAQ:MAT) will provide a strategic update
during its virtual analyst day event. Look for execs to highlight the
efforts and progress Mattel has made in its efforts to become an
IP-driven
toy company. Mattel could outline more details on the live-action films
it
is developing with major studios like Sony, Disney, Warner Brothers and
Paramount, as well as animated programming on Netflix. Ahead of Mattel's
big day, Argus turned bullish on the toy stock and highlighted MAT's push
to increase online sales following the bankruptcy of Toys 'R' Us.
- *10:00 a.m.* Avangrid (NYSE:AGR) holds its earnings conference call.
Investors will be looking for an update on the PNM Resources (NYSE:PNM)
merger with several regulatory approvals still needed.
- *11:00 a.m.* The National Retail Federation will hold a media call to
release its annual forecast of the industry's expectations for retail
sales
growth in 2021. NRF execs will discuss factors surrounding the forecast,
including the impact of COVID-19 and key economic indicators such as
employment, inflation and consumer confidence. Retailers like Walmart
(NYSE:WMT), Target (NYSE:TGT), Best Buy (NYSE:BBY) and Dollar General
(NYSE:DG) have seen share price bumps in the past off NRF forecasts.
- *11:30 a.m.* Cimpress (NASDAQ:CMPR) provides a mid-year strategy
update during a webcast with the executive team.
- *12:00 p.m.* Seagate Technology (NASDAQ:STX) will host a virtual
analyst and investor event featuring presentations by members of
Seagate's
leadership team on strategies to capture the secular demand for mass
capacity storage and emerging opportunities associated with managing data
complexity in the distributed enterprise. As part of its presentations,
Seagate will also provide information on its long-term financial model.
Bank of America expects STX to communicate a more disciplined approach to
CapEx given the recognition that the industry historically has grappled
with excess capacity. CapEx is expected to be 4% to 5% of revenue vs. 6%
to
8% historically, which the firm thinks should help align supply and
demand.
- *4:00 p.m.* Nasdaq disseminates the updated short interest positions
of stocks trading on the exchange.
- *4:00 p.m.* ViacomCBS (NASDAQ:VIAC) will open the virtual doors to its
event to highlight the new Paramount Plus streaming service. The media
giant is releasing Paramount Plus on March 4 to be the revamped update of
CBS All Access. Paramount Plus will include live news and sports content,
as well as on-demand programming from CBS, MTV, BET, Comedy Central and
other ViacomCBS channels and brands. The service will also include access
to the vast content slate from Paramount Pictures studio. While the
streaming field is getting crowded, investors can bet on the broad
streaming theme through the Roundhill Streaming Services & Technology ETF
(NYSEARCA:SUBZ).

*Thursday - February 25*

- *All day - * Companies due to report earnings with an elevated level
of implied volatility based on options trading include Wayfair (NYSE:W)
with an implied move of 12.3% after its reports is released and Vipshop
Holdings (NYSE:VIPS) with an implied move of 13.7%.
- *All day - * The FDA action date is scheduled for the accelerated
approval of Sarepta Therapeutics' (NASDAQ:SRPT) casimersen for treatment
of Duchenne muscular dystrophy. The FDA has indicated it does not
currently
plan to hold an advisory committee to discuss the application.
- *8:30 a.m.* The Akamai (NASDAQ:AKAM) investor summit will feature
forward-looking financial guidance and cover the company's key
priorities.
Shares of Akamai fell 9% the day after a similar presentation last
October.
- *8:30 a.m.* Sunnova Energy International (NYSE:NOVA) holds its
earnings conference call shortly after the company's deal to acquire
Lennar
(NYSE:LEN) residential solar platform SunStreet. Under the terms of the
deal, Lennar received up to 7.2M shares of NOVA's shares or 7.30% of
total
shares outstanding. The call could hit on the customer upsell angle as
well
as key metrics and run rates that haven't been disclosed yet.
- *9:00 a.m.* Crane Co. (NYSE:CR) hold its annual investor conference
virtually. The slate of speakers includes CEO Max H. Mitchell and other
key
Crane Co. executives.
- *10:00 a.m.* Hasbro (NASDAQ:HAS) holds its annual Investor Event with
top execs and senior leaders from the company's consumer products,
entertainment and Wizards of the Coast businesses. CEO Brian Goldner said
upcoming projects will be announced at the event. Shares of Hasbro have
been volatile in the past after the investor day festivities.
- *10:30 a.m.* Martin Marietta Materials (NYSE:MLM) will host an
Investor Day event to discuss the company's strategic initiatives, growth
priorities, organizational achievements and business outlook that it says
have and will continue to position the Company for long-term success. The
virtual event will include presentations and a question-and-answer
session.
- *12:00 p.m.* Twitter (NYSE:TWTR) holds its annual Analyst Day event in
a virtual format. CEO Jack Dorsey will be one of the speakers.
- *5:00 p.m.* Salesforce.com (NYSE:CRM) hold its earnings conference
call. Execs could provide more color on the Slack (NYSE:WRK) deal amid
antitrust developments.
- *5:00 p.m.* Investors will be listening for an update from Dell (NYSE:
DELL) on the earnings conference call on the potential spinoff of VMware
(NYSE:VMW). Options trading on Dell implies a 5.8% move in shares after
the earnings report drops.

*Friday - February 26*

- *All day - * A detailed hearing will be held in front of the India
high court on the legal tussle between Amazon (NASDAQ:AMZN) and Ambani's
Reliance Industries over Reliance acquiring Future Retail Ltd.'s assets.
Amazon has petitioned the Indian court with an order from an emergency
arbitration court in Singapore that barred Future Retail from making a
deal
with Reliance, although it is being argued that the order is not
enforceable in India.
- *Premarket - * Companies due to report earnings with an elevated level
of implied volatility based on options trading include AMC Networks
(NASDAQ:AMCX) with an implied move of 11.8% after its report is released
and Cinemark (NYSE:CNK) with an implied move of 11.1%.
- *11:00 a.m.* SailPoint Technologies Holdings (NYSE:SAIL) hosts a
virtual Analyst Day. The SailPoint management team will provide
presentations for a three-hour period. The cybersecurity stock is one
several "top pick" lists on Wall Street.

AS-i LHV Group allutatud võlakirjade pakkumine oli edukas AS-i LHV Group (edaspidi LHV Group) allutatud võlakirjade avalik pakkumine, mis lõppes 26. septembril 2023, ületas ootusi. Pakkumise algne maht oli 25 miljonit eurot, kuid investorite suur huvi võimaldas seda suurendada 35 miljoni euroni. Pakkumisest võttis osa 16 255 investorit, kes märkisid kokku 407,5 miljoni euro eest võlakirju. See tähendab, et pakkumine märgiti üle 16,3 korda.  LHV Groupi juhatus jaotas võlakirjad vastavalt prospektis sätestatud põhimõtetele. Eelistatud olid LHV Panga ja LHV Groupi varasemad kliendid ja investorid. „Oleme väga rahul pakkumise tulemusega, mis näitab investorite usaldust meie ärimudeli ja strateegia vastu. Kaasatud kapital aitab meil kasvatada oma kapitalibaasi, ärimahtusid ja turuosa nii Eestis kui Ühendkuningriigis. LHV Groupi jaanuar 2024 tulemuste analüüs: Positiivsed aspektid: Tulu ja kasumlikkus: Tulu kasvas 13,6 miljoni euroni. Puhaskasum oli 13,6 miljonit eurot. LHV Panga puhaskasum oli 12,5 miljonit eurot. LHV Bank Ltd puhaskasum oli 3,2 miljonit eurot. Ärimahtude kasv: Konsolideeritud hoiused kasvasid 94 miljoni euro võrra. Laenuportfell kasvas 40 miljoni euro võrra. LHV Panga hoiuste maht kasvas 51 miljoni euro võrra. Jaelaenude portfell suurenes 9 miljoni euro võrra.
